Goods usually ship within 3-5 business days. For list of countries where we ship, please select at the top of the website.
Shipping charges
Shipping cost varies according to country of destination as well as order physical size. Shipping charges will be stated at all times in your basket.
Customs and VAT
All prices stated are valid in accordance with Swedish tax regulations and Swedish law, within the EU, VAT of 25% is included in all prices and will be in Euro or Swedish Krona throughout the site. Delivery costs are not included and will be clearly stated on your order. Please note, for countries outside the EU, costs for customs and duties where applicable, will be charged by the transporter. Point 65 Sweden is not responsible for any addaded customs charges applied by local government outside the EU. Customers outsite the EU will be charged in USD.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused merchandise within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
- Items must be returned in new condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Please print and fill out the Return Form and include it inside the package.

Important:
- Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Please always use a traceable shipping method and save your tracking number. Point 65 cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.
- If returning from outside the European Union, clearly mark the shipment as “Return.” Point 65 will not accept customs duties or VAT charges, and any such shipment will be returned to sender.
- Once your return has been received and approved, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed. Refunds are made to the original payment method for the price of the product(s), excluding shipping costs. Depending on your bank, the funds will normally appear in your account within 1–2 weeks.
Exchanges:
Point 65 does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return your order as described above and place a new order on our website.
Warranty claims:
If your return concerns a warranty issue, please contact shop@point65.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and attached images before sending anything back.
