Nice Product but severely let down by poor customer support

You would have expected that this very nicely engineered very expensive Kayak would have been provided with some basic assembly instructions. There was absolutely nothing provided and there was no reply to an email request for documentation. Looks like this company could use a few lessons in good customer support

Great service with consistent communication and helpful updates. The Kingfisher kayak is brilliant. Really stable, tracks and steers well and is well thought out. The chair is adaptable and suits lots of situations. My wife is paralysed, with the use of her arms, and felt completely safe and comfortable without any additions or modifications. Very happy customer.

Can’t wait to keep fishing with this boat. I bought it because we have limited storage space and the best part is being able to keep it in the garage no worries. It is a bit on the pricey side but if you compare it with inflatable fishing kayaks the quality is much better. Happy with it so far.

Amazing! Can fit it in my car

Great boat, easy setup

I was super excited to get my kayak and it didn’t disappoint. I put it in the back of my truck, it takes a couple of tries to work out how to connect the pieces but then is fairly easy. The pieces hold together in the water and it feels stable enough when you move around and paddle. Happy with my boat & can’t wait for the tandem.
